How do I apply a patch?
Apply one patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin: inner wrist, upper arm or shoulder. Press firmly to seal, wear it up to 8 hours, then peel it off. Rotate placement every day.
What do the numbers mean?
Each formula has its own number and color. N° 01 to N° 08 are our Core formulas (Sleep, Energy, Focus, Calm, Immune Support, Recovery, Rebound, Daily Multi). N° 09 to N° 12 are Premium (NAD+ Longevity, Glow, Metabolic Support, Mood+).
Can I combine patches?
Many customers pair formulas, like Energy in the morning and Sleep at night. Avoid wearing overlapping formulas at the same time and ask your healthcare provider if you have any doubt.
Can I shower or work out with a patch?
Light activity is fine once the patch is sealed. Remove it before swimming or long showers.
